Who we are

BGS — short for PT Boxindah Gala Sejati — is a printing and packaging company based in Jakarta Barat. We partner with brand owners, packaging designers, and procurement teams to translate brand identity into physical product. Our work shows up on cosmetics shelves in modern trade, on dining tables at HORECA accounts, in e-commerce mailers across the archipelago, and in corporate gifting from some of Indonesia's largest conglomerates.

What we do

We operate across four service lines under one roof:

• Offset and digital printing — full-colour CMYK plus spot Pantone, supporting everything from business cards and brochures through large-format posters and banners.
• Custom packaging — folding cartons, rigid hardboxes, paper bags, corrugated mailers, and labels, finished with lamination, foil stamping, embossing, spot UV, and die-cut work.
• Brand and packaging design — visual identity work bridged directly to print-ready production, so design intent survives the move to press.
• Project management — for clients who want a single accountable partner from concept through delivery, including dieline engineering, proofing, and logistics.

How we work

We run modern offset and digital presses in-house. Keeping print under our own roof — rather than brokering it out — gives us tighter control over four things that matter to brand owners: color consistency, registration, ink coverage, and lead time. For Pantone-critical brand work, common in cosmetics and premium F&B, we proof on the actual production stock and calibrate against your brand standards before committing to a full run.

Offset is our default for runs where unit economics matter. Digital fills the role for shorter runs, variable-data work, and rapid prototyping. For packaging, our facility supports the full finishing chain — lamination, foil stamping, embossing, spot UV, die-cutting, gluing, and hand-assembly for rigid boxes — so a job that needs multiple finishing passes doesn't move between vendors.

Our office and production facility is at Jl. Penerangan II No.9A in Jelambar, Grogol Petamburan, Jakarta Barat — close to the toll road network and convenient for clients across DKI Jakarta and the wider Jabodetabek region. We welcome client visits; contact us to schedule a tour.

Quality and capabilities

Quality at BGS is process-driven rather than checked-at-the-end. We sample at every stage: incoming substrate, plate proof, wet proof on stock, finishing trial, and pre-shipment QC. For brands transitioning from boutique-scale prototypes to modern-trade volume, we hold artwork files and tool dies for repeat orders, which compresses reorder turnaround and protects against drift run-to-run.
