The brief
AEON Indonesia operates within the global AEON Group's brand framework, which means packaging needs to match Japanese brand standards exactly — paper texture, specific Pantone colours, and a clean finish without compromise. The brief was to produce custom retail paper bags at a monthly cadence reliable enough to feed store operations.
What we produced
Custom-printed paper bags in AEON's brand palette, sized for in-store retail use. Stock and finishing were specced to match the parent brand's reference samples before tooling, and we hold artwork files and stock so reorders move quickly.
Outcome
First-sample approval, ~50,000 pieces per month sustained delivery, and a seven-day standard lead time on repeat orders. The relationship has expanded into seasonal campaign collateral and private-label packaging work.
