The brief

Gojek runs offline marketing and operational print across a national footprint: city-specific campaign creative, driver onboarding kits, partner merchant collateral, event materials. They needed a partner who could absorb the variety and the geography without losing brand consistency.

What we produced

Over 30 distinct types of campaign materials — printed in-house and distributed to 15 cities. Each campaign goes through a centralised prepress process at our Jakarta facility, then ships to city-level operations teams on a coordinated timeline.

Outcome

Five-day average turnaround from brief to delivered print across 15 cities, with brand-consistent execution maintained across the portfolio. The relationship continues to expand into merchandise packaging and on-platform event collateral.
