The brief
Sinarmas operates across multiple business units with distinct brand systems but shared procurement and quality expectations. The need was for a single packaging partner who could handle the breadth — FMCG outer cartons, premium gift packaging, stationery — while maintaining consistency across subsidiaries.
What we produced
Folding cartons, duplex boxes, and branded gift packaging across 80+ SKUs spanning six business units. We hold dielines, artwork, and Pantone references for each subsidiary, which compresses reorder timing and protects against drift across runs.
Outcome
Four years of continuous partnership and ongoing expansion into new product lines. Consistency across SKUs and subsidiaries — rather than chasing any single hero metric — is the operating standard for this relationship.
