The brief

Tokopedia's branded mailer programme needed to scale 40× — from a pilot of 5,000 boxes per month to 200,000 — within a 60-day window to support a major seller campaign. Quality couldn't slip during the ramp: the box is part of the end-customer's first contact with the brand.

What we produced

Litho-laminated duplex-on-B-flute branded mailer boxes, die-cut for tool-free assembly, printed inside and out. We re-engineered the dieline for higher line speed, allocated dedicated press time, and ran rolling QC samples through the ramp.

Outcome

Full 40× volume ramp delivered inside the 60-day window. Defect rate held below 0.5% — within e-commerce-mailer industry tolerance — across peak production. The programme has continued at scale beyond the initial campaign.
