Common use cases

E-commerce branded mailers

Die-cut mailer boxes for D2C brands that need both shelf-quality print and the structural strength to survive 3PL distribution.

Premium FMCG shippers

Retail-ready cases (RRC) where the shipping carton doubles as the on-shelf display.

Heavy retail packaging

Boxes for items too heavy for plain folding carton — appliances, hardware kits, professional tools.

Litho-laminated boxes explained

A litho-laminated box combines two production processes: we offset-print your artwork onto a duplex liner at full retail quality, then laminate that liner to a B-flute corrugated board. The result is a box that prints like a retail folding carton and ships like a corrugated mailer.

This is the construction behind almost every premium D2C unboxing experience you've seen. For brands transitioning from polymailers to branded packaging, it's usually the right next step.

Frequently asked questions

Why duplex liner on B-flute instead of plain corrugated?+
Litho-laminated duplex gives you photographic-quality offset print (impossible directly on corrugated) plus the structural rigidity of B-flute. It's the standard for premium branded mailers.
Is gloss lamination scuff-resistant?+
Yes — the film layer protects the print through warehousing and shipping. For softer finishes consider matte lamination instead.
What's the MOQ?+
1,000 pieces. Litho-lamination has setup costs (plates plus lamination run) that benefit from longer runs.
Can you add foil or spot UV?+
Yes. Hot-stamp foil and spot UV are applied to the printed duplex liner before lamination — confirm finishing combinations at quote stage so we can sequence the process correctly.
