About our hardbox production
Premium hardboxes (also called rigid boxes or set-up boxes) are wrapped boxes built from greyboard rather than scored from a single sheet of card. The result is a structurally stiff box that feels substantially heavier and more premium than a folding carton — the kind of packaging customers keep on a shelf instead of throwing away.
We produce hardboxes in-house from greyboard cutting through wrap-paper printing, finishing, and assembly. Because the print and the structural board are produced separately, we can run almost any finishing combination on the wrap — heavy foiling, deep emboss, soft-touch coatings — without compromising the box itself.
